Manic Minute Not Safe For Work Edition: The Daring Card Game For Friends and Couples
24 January 2024
If you’re dating someone who is a huge lover of board games and you’re not so much, sitting through another evening of listening to rules you’ll never understand may be something you’d rather miss. Or perhaps your friends get together every Thursday night to play the same games and you need something new to liven up the evening.
Whichever it is, Manic Minute Not Safe For Work (NSFW) Edition is here to save the day! It has all the elements a game collector will love – the smell of a freshly printed box, cards you can collect and unique artwork to look at, but that’s not all! The fast-paced and exciting rounds of Manic Minute will have you hooked in no time and our NSFW Edition is specifically for over 18s ONLY.
How Dark Do You Dare To Go?
Our NSFW Edition has some categories that are, let’s say, not to be played in public, near your parents and especially not around your in-laws. Or better yet, play it WITH them! You’ll all get to know each other pretty quickly and learn more about each other than you’d definitely like.
But the real question is, are you brave enough to put your most twisted, horrible answers down or will you pretend you never had them and write something else which leaves other players to take your answers? The choice is yours! Maybe give it a few rounds to see how dark others go first though, especially if you do decide to take this to meet your in-laws as an icebreaker.
How To Play
Learning how to play Manic Minute couldn’t be easier! It’s super quick and easy to learn so let’s jump right in:
- Have one player ready to turn over the card at the top of the deck and another player ready to flip the timer at the same time.
- Once the new category has been revealed, you all have 1 Manic Minute to write down as many answers as you can!
- When the timer is finished, compare your answers with the other players’. If any of your answers match with another player, you both cross that answer off – it no longer counts! The aim is to think of answers no one else will think of.
- Add up your remaining answers (if any) and that’s your score for that round.
- Play again and again!
